Love these plates but we received a number of them with scratches on the surface. We cannot use these for someones award. So maybe better packaging or handling procedures. Not really sure how to alleviate that.

I was very pleased with the quality of the plates. They were well packaged and the price was the best I'd found. They engraved easily and looked great when done. I just wish the screws had come with them.
