This company is very unprofessional. Communication is terrible and the staff was very rude. Don't even bother going with this company unless if you want your order to be messed up. I only put 2 stars because we received the product a day before we really needed it (even though we had ordered it with expedited shipping), but the item will not be as the one pictured. The engraving will be made on the base, not on the glass. It should be made more clear that you need to follow specific instructions instead of being contacted by rude staff, but I would never do business with this company ever again.
