I received a package with the wrong awards inside, 2 not 3 as I ordered. I called 2 days in a row and also sent emails of my concern. I finally got to speak to Doris in Nov 29 and she said she would look into it and call me back tomorrow, that was 4 days ago now. I told her at the time if I knew who belonged to these wrong awards i could forward them on. She said she would let me know. Now 4 days ago. Your products are very nice but my awful rating is for customer service.
