my experience with this company was not good. I ordered 15 pins. My account was immediately charged, thats fine but when I received the package it only had one pin in it. I contacted the company and a female told me that they sent 15 pins. I give them credit for having the best price but I missed having them for the event which i ordered them.They refunded me for my order. I've since ordered 500 of the items from another company because we like the item.
