Top and bottom base are shipped unassembled without hardware.
Top platform: 2-1/8" height, 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"
Top header plate: 3-1/2" x 1-1/8"
Bottom base: 4-1/2" x 5-1/4" x 5-1/4", holds 8 plates 2-5/8" x 5/8" each side.
Total 28 plates or 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" full plate.

Photo on the website is very misleading - top section is not as tall as shown. Actual base looks much more like the photo for the 7-5/8 Inch base. Also don't understand why the description says it holds 28 plates - if you put two rows of four on each lower side, it comes out to 32. Did not receive an answer to question about whether company sells a 2 5/8 x 5/8" plate - bought those elsewhere.
