Photo on the website is very misleading - top section is not as tall as shown. Actual base looks much more like the photo for the 7-5/8 Inch base. Also don't understand why the description says it holds 28 plates - if you put two rows of four on each lower side, it comes out to 32. Did not receive an answer to question about whether company sells a 2 5/8 x 5/8" plate - bought those elsewhere.
