The two stars are for the base, which was exactly what I was expecting. However, they've lost my business due to the customer experience. I ordered engraved plaques and sent an email, as requested, with what I wanted engraved. They engraved my email signature onto the plaques! When I tried to call, they were closed at 2:40 p.m. on Friday, but they were supposed to be open until 5 p.m. On Monday, I called again and the woman who answered asked me to send an email. I sent an email explaining the problem and asked them to call me to resolve it. I heard nothing. No one called as requested. In a panic because I needed the plaques that week, I went to a local trophy shop and had two plaques made. On Wednesday, I got a package from Awards & Gifts R Us with two more plaques, both still wrong. I threw them out. The way they handled this issue, with zero communication, was unacceptable. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
