The online order I had made was not shipped correctly and missing the vital top piece because a lady apparently did not see to it in the shipping order. When we received the incomplete item and had made a call to the company, a gentlemen had identified the problem and located a substitute piece (as they were out of stock of the missing piece) and over night shipped it to expedite it to our address quickly. I am thankful for that man's help, appreciate it.
