I ordered these pens for personalized swag bag gifts. These pens look and feel great. When I received them, the ink was dried up - so naturally, I purchased ink refills from my local office supply. When I went to open one pen to change out the refill, the entire innards of the pen broke. All plastic pieces shattered. Customer service was GREAT - they sent out a new one ASAP. Again, ink was dried up and again, I tried to exchange the refill, and again, the innards broke. I was able to salvage the pieces from both broken pens to make one good one. I would not buy these again, but I can't say enough good things about Customer Service. They were on top of this!
