Can you make a little deeper box to hold LARGER badges? I reported that 2 of these boxes were broken when I received MY PREVIOUS ORDER OF 5. NOW MY ORDER ORDER OF 12- 2 MORE BROKEN. NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY PREVIOUS REQUEST OF EXTRA BOXES OR CASH CREDIT TO REPLACE MY BROKEN ONES. MAY I HAVE A RESPONSE? YOU HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS AND AM VERY HAPPY OTHER WISE.

The boxes were as expected, BUT 100 were ordered and paid for and only 90 were received. This left 10 short, 5 of which were really needed for 95 awards. Also the order took about 3 weeks to show up with little time to cover the shortage. I used 5 old boxes to cover the shortage and was lucky to find them. You owe me 10 boxes or a refund of $16.
